Ludo King Free is a small, independent project built by a single developer who wanted an easy way to play Ludo online without downloading an app or creating an account. It started as a personal side project — a way to relive the rainy-day board game sessions from childhood — and grew into a full browser-based game that anyone can open and play in seconds.
Unlike many mobile Ludo apps, this site has no installs, no ads interrupting mid-game, no forced sign-ups, and no in-app purchases. It's built with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, runs entirely in your browser, and works on both desktop and mobile. You can play locally with friends by passing the device around, or fill empty seats with computer-controlled opponents if you're playing solo.
The goal is simple: keep a beloved, decades-old board game accessible to anyone with an internet connection, for free, without unnecessary friction. Feedback and bug reports are always welcome — this project is actively maintained and improved based on how people actually use it.
